How to make Blue Patna Rice

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Blue Patna Rice
1 Tablespoon of oil
2 Cups of hot water.

Preparation:
Put a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Pour the rice and stir in a low heat, making sure it soaks up the oil. Add 2 cups of hot water, the salt, and stir. Bring to the boil, turn down the heat and cook for 8 minutes. Let stand for five minutes, covering the saucepan.

Keep the bag of Blue Patna Rice in a cool and dry place.
